Delivery time

We strive to give clients a guaranteed delivery service of 14 days but due to postal difficulties we sometimes find that this extends to a maximum of 30 days. This is only on rare occasions. On these occasions we will keep you informed on a daily basis using our postal tracking system.

If you would like to receive your handmade throw on an express service (3-4 days) then this is no problem but please send us an email at the time of ordering to confirm. As an additional cost will be incurred. See below. Thank you.

All our hand made throws are insured in case of loss so no need to worry on that one. In addition if you pay by visa card then you are covered for loss or damage as well.

We seal each handmade throw in a vacuum pack bag to protect from the wet and protect it further by placing it in a heavy-duty cardboard box. We feel sure that your throw will arrive with you in perfect condition. We have never had an item damaged in the past 2 years so we feel very confident on this one! Touch wood.

Cost

The average weight of one of our handmade throws is between 1.5 and 2Kg. The following prices are current this year (2008) and include insurance. See below:

Standard service: £9.99 post and packing per handmade throw - 14 days door to door

Express service: £29.99 post and packing per handmade throw - 3 to 4 days door to door
